The Rector Group’s vision is to provide a robust resource to a traditionally underserved market segment: middle-market companies, typically in the $5MM to $50MM revenue range.
The Rector Group Serves clients across a wide variety of industry verticals.
I have worked with The Rector Group for over ten years and recommend them highly. Bruce, Todd and Mary are a talented team of business professionals that bring real life perspectives to the business looking for guidance and resources. Collectively the depth of their contacts through a wide spectrum of industries is truly impressive. I have referred them clients and we have also collaborated on projects, and they are a pleasure to work with. They answer calls, follow through with assignments and have established an enviable culture of service to their customer base. They merge analytics and people skills to create a powerful team to benefit select clients.
The Rector Group is a tremendous asset. We appreciate having a team of advisors with decades of experience that provide smart, thoughtful guidance and strategy. They are trusted advisors, helping with strategy, marketing, and fund-raising. And unlike other advisors, they roll up their sleeves and get the work done. Our company decisions are more carefully considered, and the results speak for themselves. I can't imagine building a company without their help.
As we have increased our investing footprint in early-stage start-up companies, the Rector Group has become an integral component in sourcing, vetting and tracking our investments. The team has a tremendous network helping identify potential ideas and a strong breadth of knowledge across economic sectors and managerial capabilities to help us in our investment process. Further, they provide an excellent continuing advisory role to us as well as the investments we have made. To date, we are nothing less than ecstatic with our investments that have been aided by the Rector Group and their application of decades of experience to help us turn those investments into incredible opportunities for our family office.
Through our contact base created an opportunity for an earlier stage UK company to enter in to a POC relationship with a very large publicly-traded multinational tech company
Assisted early-stage client company in a $55MM transaction selling medical IP to a large publicly traded US company
Supported a large native American company in the Pacific Northwest as they refinanced $300MM of debt, including bank meetings and document negotiation
Provide ongoing advisory input to companies, and high net worth investors
Surfaced several compelling investment opportunities to present to family offices and performed preliminary due diligence. This led to approximately $10MM in equity capital investment recently in four transactions.
Over the years we have advised companies through debt and equity capital raises totaling well over $500MM, acting as consultants or as principals.
